Terminology rule (zh-TW pages)
技術名詞首次出現以「中文 (English original)」格式呈現，例：依賴注入
(dependency injection)。不自創翻譯——若無公認譯名直接保留英文
（如 embedding、tokenizer）。代碼、API 名、CLI flag、套件名、檔名一律不翻。
策展 (curated) 過的 upstream skill collection、marketplace、相關專案 索引。多數未 vendor 進本 repo —— 列在這裡是給出手動安裝路徑與 記錄 vendoring 決策。
本頁取代 repo 根目錄的歷史 Collections.md
（保留為 stub 維持 backlink），並收整原本在
README.md
的「Resources」段落。

Manual install for non-vendored skills
When a skill is not in vendor.yaml, you can still install it directly
from upstream via the npx skills CLI:

Charm 與其官方 repositories
狀態為 evaluated，是函式庫／工具來源，不是可安裝的 agent skills。Owned skill 會依需求指向工具，
並檢查版本，不會 vendor 這些函式庫。
Vendoring 政策¶
我們在以下情況 vendor 一個 skill：
- Upstream 有穩定的權威 (canonical authority)（Vercel 對 Next.js、 Supabase 對 Supabase 等）。
- 此 skill 補上其他 vendored / local skill 沒涵蓋的空缺。
- License 與 agentskills.io specification 相容。
不 vendor 的情況：
- Upstream 本身就是 marketplace / collection（改用精選 (cherry-pick)）。
- Plugin 形式的 collection（如
anthropics/knowledge-work-plugins） 需要claude plugin install而非npx skills add—— 這裡記錄供 手動安裝。 - 此 skill 與更權威來源已 vendored 的 skill 重複。
- 此 skill 太窄（host-specific、BigQuery-specific 等）不適合通用。
