Terminology rule (zh-TW pages)

技術名詞首次出現以「中文 (English original)」格式呈現，例：依賴注入 (dependency injection)。不自創翻譯——若無公認譯名直接保留英文 （如 embedding、tokenizer）。代碼、API 名、CLI flag、套件名、檔名一律不翻。

這頁摘要值得標註的變更。每天的 commit 歷史在 git log； 這個檔案只挑里程碑 (milestone)。

Unreleased

  • 新增 canonical agent-history-hygiene post-session protocol v2，保留嚴格且 不變的 v1 恢復語意：sanitation 前持久化私有完整 beforeimages、每項 finding／ occurrence 的 transformation receipt，掃描整個 frozen prepared index，並以 source-bound 逐項審閱區分非 credential fixture、需要 credential rotation、 以及 unresolved evidence。審閱不還原 raw bytes、不加入 blanket allow、不跳過 hooks，也不重試 uncertain commit；partial publication 明確維持 unproven。

  • 新 v2 wrapper 預設使用原生 no-cloud flags，綁定明確 resume UUID 與 typed queued-request acknowledgement，再以 bounded read-only native exact export 的完整 digest 及未變動的 native source generation 證明 selected alias。 Stale alias／unsupported export 直接阻擋而不 retarget。新增無副作用的 capabilities／inspect 與 revision-guarded prepare／reconcile API，供薄型 native adapter 使用；所有 commit authority 仍由 canonical helper 持有。 macOS helper 子行程改用系統 Bash 3.2，避開 PATH shell 的不穩定 command substitution 行為，同時保留完整 exact selector 檢查。

  • 發布 agent-history-hygiene hook v2.0.1：把 upstream sourcegraph-access-token 的 bare-40-hex false positive 僅限縮於 agent artifacts，同時保留真實 sgp_... 的偵測；fresh bootstrap 改用 gitleaks v8.30.1，確保 global [[allowlists]] / targetRules 確實生效。

  • 用 mkdocs-llmstxt 跟 mkdocs-copy-to-llm 啟動了一個 MkDocs Material docs 站， 可部署到 GitHub Pages。
  • 修正 mkdocs-static-i18n + mkdocs-llmstxt 可能在最後一個 locale pass 靜默覆寫 root llms 檔，造成內容為空或語言錯誤的問題。新 scaffold 使用 strict two-pass 的 scripts/build-docs-site.py；既有站點提供 audit-first、 idempotent migration 工具。只更新 skill 不會修改下游 project。
  • 新增 scripts/add-todo.sh 用來結構化插入 TODO，以及 scripts/sweep-inbox.sh 把 backlog/inbox.md 的零散捕獲做分流 (triage)。詳見 Project memory workflow。
  • 新增 Downstream docs stack recipe， 讓使用我們 skill 的 project 可以鏡射同樣的 docs setup。
  • 新增 zh-TW 雙語 docs 支援（透過 mkdocs-static-i18n），保留 「中文 (English original)」術語慣例。

2026-04 — project-knowledge-harness 結構整理

  • 放寬 scripts/todo-kanban.sh 的 validator，會略過散文 (prose)、 blockquote、HTML 註解、--- 分隔線、以及縮排的 sub-bullet。 新增 --validate-only 跟 --json flag。允許 ## Done 之後再有額外 的 ## ... heading。
  • 新增 scripts/init.sh，可以一行把 TODO.md + backlog/ + pitfalls/ + agent 指引 + README 片段一次設置到任何目標 repo。
  • 新增 scripts/promote-todo.sh，原子性地把 active 條目搬到 Done， 並重新驗證、支援 dry-run。
  • 把 SKILL.md 瘦身（~350 → ~170 行），細節推到 references/{tag-schema,when-to-add-docs,anti-patterns,deployment-exclusion}.md， 做漸進式揭露 (progressive disclosure)。

2026-03 與更早

  • 最早的 vendor 系統 (vendor.yaml、scripts/add-vendor.sh、 scripts/sync-vendor.sh、make sync / make sync-check)。
  • 最早的 project-knowledge-harness skill（前身為 backlog-harness）。
  • quantatitive-factor-researcher persona skill。
