Upstream removed this skill in vercel/vercel-plugin#291 (2026-10-02). vendor.yaml marks it frozen:, so make sync keeps the last-synced copy and no longer updates it. shadcn-ui/ui now publishes its own skills/shadcn; switching the source is tracked separately.
