Upstream removed this skill in vercel/vercel-plugin#282 (2026-10-01). vendor.yaml marks it frozen:,
so make sync keeps the last-synced copy and no longer updates it.
Next.js now ships version-matched docs in node_modules/next/dist/docs/ (16.3+ next dev also generates AGENTS.md); prefer those for current APIs.
